students who are a little bit older and have finished high
school in their home countries (i.e. 18+ years old), YFU South
Africa offers an exciting, and often tailor-made community
project-based inbound program. In July 2006, community project
participants will for example work as volunteers in a local
creche for disadvantaged children outside Cape Town, or be
part of a wildlife school near the Kruger National Park where
they will volunteer for an organization that promotes wildlife
protection. Community project participants will either live
with hostfamilies or in the accommodation offered by the organizations
that offer the projects. For more information, please contact
